The shredder is used to recycle plastics, in many cases surplus material or waste that has not been used for production. As we are grinders after crushing, we grind the product for reuse.
This is the case of latex. Latex segments of mattress pieces that have not worked because they have been cut badly, called OFFGREY, are crushed and subsequently ground for later use in the production chain or other uses.
This mattress is crushed to a 20mm particle so that it can be micronized thanks to the cryogenic mill. The particles crystallize to make them powder due to their low melting point and thus be able to reuse it.
